Hey, I'm Kelly.
Coaching, Speaking, Empathy Training
My purpose in life stands on a foundation of compassion, liberty, connection, and learning. I’m an artist who’s primary mediums are writing and photography, although, I’ve been known to try my hand at a few others over the years.
I grew up in the Live Free or Die state of New Hampshire. I’m a mother of three grown children and wife of 24 years to my best friend, Jeff. I’ve always been what people might call an old soul. Raised primarily by a young single mother. My father was an explosive alcoholic and addict who eventually lost his battle with addiction, overdosing at age 49.
My life has been touched by mental health and addiction struggles. As a result of this lived experience, I find myself dedicated to reducing stigma and helping family members through advocacy and education.
